Since titanium welded tubes are processed from titanium coil, and longitudinally welded by TIG process without metal filler, so it guarantees the homogeneity of the welded area. what is more, since the advantages such as evenness of the wall thickness, each tube's part having the same mechanical properties of the initial coils, more and more process equipment manufactory prefer to choose titanium welded tube rather than seamless for their project.
