CDM TITAN (Shanghai LingST) Tube Co., Ltd， its predecessor was Shanghai fifth steel tube factory, and this predecessor factory was built up in the middle of 1980s. CDM TITAN (Shanghai LingST) Tube Co., Ltd，is located at JiaDin area, Shanghai of China. We are the most earliest manufactory which produce high precise welded tube and pipe in China.

 

Our factory have accumulated more than 20 years production experiences for welded tube production. We have 6 advanced automatic welded production lines that were imported from Italy and America. With the professional production, sales team and mature know-how, we commit ourselves to a conscientious and scientific management, aim at building our high-level brand.

All of the precise weld tubes were by TIG(GTAW) welding, and the welded seam is longitudinal. Production range for welded tube is from OD 8 – 63mm, and thickness from 0.3 -4.5mm.

CDM have strict quality management system, we had been UKAS systemic certified ISO900:2000, Manufacture License of Special Equipment of People’s Republic of China. And also had been awarded the Gold Medal in the Fourth Shanghai Science And Technology Exposition. We are the named production enterprise by National Metallurgy Industry Institution.Products can perform GB、ASTM、ASME、DIN、EIN、JIS、ISO standard.

 

CDM strictly perform the ASTM B338 for titanium welded tubes .The first size of titanium welded tube were produced by us was OD25×0.7, which were used in the condensator of a generating set for QinShan Nuclear Power Company (China) and Guangdong Shajiao Power Station (china). We also supplied titanium welded tubes to the heat exchanger and condensator for European and American manufactories. Those titanium tubes were inspected again after three years full load motion, and all of the properties without any reduce, and the eddy current testing indeed better than the Japanese welded tube which were used in the same condensator. So we created an advantaged condition for domestic titanium tube’s lot production and use. At the same time, provides the domestic oil industry,. natural gas ,chemical industry, petrochemical industry, electric power, food and pharmacy industry with high precise welded tube. And wins clients high trust and reputation.
